One maidstone launches town centre magazine

The One Maidstone Business Improvement District has launched a print and digital magazine, aimed at promoting the work of the BID, and town centre trade.

Originally intended for distribution to the public throughout the town centre, and in pick up points such as cafes and retail spaces, One Maidstone has now made the issue available to read online at

BID Manager Ilsa Butler says ‘The new One Maidstone magazine is another way that the BID intends to highlight town centre trade, by featuring businesses and offering advertising opportunities. In usual circumstances, the seasonal issues will be available to pick up for free in public outlets, but in this instance we’re hoping that residents and workers in isolation will enjoy flipping through the issue online in order to learn more about the work of One Maidstone, and to support local businesses.’

The print version of the magazine is funded by advertising.

Please note that the spring issue of One Maidstone went to print before lockdown was enforced, and that events featured have been subject to cancellation.
